Summer Program

We offer a recreational program which allows for freedom of choice and expression of individuality, as well as opportunity to participate in group activities with children of similar age.  With indoor and outdoor play, busy and quiet times, individual and group games; with learning to take turns, to play by the rules, to win or to lose, our program is designed to give the children a sociable, enjoyable, learning experience, to balance the academic experiences of the school year.   Program runs for 9 weeks starting in late June and extending until mid August. Your per day rate will depend on your selection of morning, afternoons, or full days.  Your child may attend any combination of days and or weeks to meet your schedule however a minimum of two days for two weeks is required.  Registration opens during early January and extends through the end of July.  Registration is on a first come, first serve basis so don't delay.

Mornings only:  9:00 - 12:00.

Afternoon only:  1:00 - 4:00

Full Days:  9:00 - 4:00

Barn Placement

When you submit your registration we will make a determination as to which barn is appropriate for your child based largely on the criteria as outlined below. We do this to ensure your child is with peers in age and class progression and participates in developmental appropriate activities during the program. This method will allow your child to feel the most comfortable during their time with us and get the most out of the program.

Little Barn: “3’s / preschool” Children must be 3.5 years of age to participate in this program. Children in this barn will have either just completed a preschool program and will be entering a pre-k program in the fall (typical) or will be entering a preschool program in the fall. Generally, ages range from 3.5 years to 4.5 with most children over 4.

Gray Barn “4’s / pre-k” Children in this barn will have completed their pre-k year and will be entering kindergarten in the fall. Generally, ages range from 4.5 - 5.8, most children will be over 5 years of age.

Big Barn Children in this barn will have completed their kindergarten year at a minimum or their third grade year at the maximum. Typically, ages range 6.0 - 9.5
